I attended a similar event in Hamburg a few weeks ago: Looking Back at News Impact Summit: Tweets and Links (#NISHBR)
Update: In April 2016, I finally made it to the festival myself. I wrote a report (in German) which includes two Spotify collections of English tweets, links and videos of the sessions: part 1 / part 2.
